Check out can be extended to 6 pm by paying half a day fee.


Cancellations within 72hrs of arrival will incurr in a day fee to be paid by bank transfer.

Term & Conditions

Please read and follow these guidelines during your stay in the apartment:

Energy and Water Care

When you leave the apartment or when not in use please:

  • Turn off all taps
  • Turn off all lights
  • Ensure home appliances are switched off (fan, air conditioning, hair dryer, etc.)
  • Leave the gas pilot on (in winter)
  • Do not turn the water heater off
  • Turn off and unplug the heater in the bathroom

For your safety

  • Ventilate the rooms; always leave the small window in the kitchen open.
  • Lock the apartment when you go out and when you are inside.
  • Do not give the apartment address to any strangers or mention it on the Internet.
  • Remember that if apartment keys are lost we will need to change the locks and this cost will be charged to you.
  • Be careful not to let anyone into the building when you are entering or leaving.
  • Keep an eye on personal belongings in both public places (cafes, restaurants, shopping), and in this building.
  • Do not display valuable items (jewellery, laptops, phones or cameras, video cameras or expensive electronics) in public places.

 General rules

  • Please do not smoke in the bedroom. If you do smoke please do so by the window and dispose of buts in the bin.
  • Avoid bringing food into the bedroom.
  • Keep noise to a minimum level from 13:00 to 16:00 hours and 22 to 8 hours every day.

Before you check out please:

  • Do not leave food or drink in the apartment.
  • Leave the apartment clean and tidy..
  • Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
  • Remove used sheets from beds or leave bed unmade.
  • Please remember to take all your belongings. Check drawers, cupboards and under beds. We are not responsible for any loss and we cannot store items. Should you leave any valuables behind, we will endeavor to post it/them to you with cost of postage to be paid by you. Expensive items should be sent by DHL or a reliable delivery service which can be costly so please check the apartment thoroughly before you leave.
